The accommodation is on two levels with standard rise staircase to the 1st floor.
The main area is fully tiled floor with rugs.
Fitted carpets to the staircase and bedroom area.
The en-suite show and WC room has fully tiled floor with level access from the bedroom.
The large shower facility has a 2" step on access.
External
Visitor patio / garden area has level access from the ground floor.
There is direct access to adjacent pasture land with level access from the ground floor.
Access to the log store / recycling and clothes drying facilities is via double doors from the ground floor access level.
