The Devon beaches are within daily travel and all the amenities at Chulmleigh including shops and services, medical centre, golf course, riding stables and river fishing are just a 15 minutes drive.

The Devon beaches are well within daily travel, as are "The Eden Project", Exeter and Plymouth.

Designed for couples, the accommodation offers one bedroom with: luxury en-suite shower room/toilet; fully equipped kitchen, with washing/drying facilities available. Colour TV, DVD, HiFi  and WiFi Broadband connection.  Rental is inclusive of electricity, central heating, hot water, fuel for the log burner (if required), bed linen and towels.

Your dog is welcome. If you so wish, separate heated kennel accommodation can be provided by arrangement. Deer Cott is the ideal get-away location, a tranquil oasis in which to unwind from the everyday stresses of modern living, wonderfully secluded and just waiting to be discovered.
